The West Hancock baseball erupted for 17 runs in the fourth inning to post the 17-10 victory over Beardstown.

West Hancock failed to score in their first inning. Colby DeSollar and Zach Meyer got back-to-back singles and DeSollar advanced to third. E Heller flew out to shortstop for the first out. DeSollar scored on a passed ball for a 1-0 lead and Meyer advanced to second. Grayson Conkright struck out T Riddell for the second out. Meyer scored on a passed ball to make it 2-0. Ryder Hamlin struck out swinging to end the inning.

West Hancock got just a Layton Conkright single in the second inning. Riddell reached on an error with two outs for the Tigers. He stole second and advanced to third on a defensive indifference. DeSollar reached on an error by the second baseman to score Riddell for a 3-0 lead. Meyer ended the half inning out on a dropped third strike.

The Titans went in order and the Tigers failed to score in the third inning.

Hoyt Tripp hit a ground ball and reached on an error by the first baseman to lead off the fourth. Grayson Conkright drew a walk and Tripp advanced to second base. Gage Scott doubled to score Tripp and advance Conkright to third to cut the lead to 3-1. Braxton Scott was hit by a pitch. Layton Conkright was hit by a pitch, scoring Grayson Conkright to make it 3-2. Jake Martens singled to left field, scoring Gage and Braxton Scott to take a 4-3 lead. Kyle Smith walked to load the bases. Ithan Schmidt drew a walk to score Layton Conkright for a 5-3 edge. Mason Stevenson singled to center, scoring Martens and Smith for a 7-3 margin. Tripp doubled, scoring Schmidt for an 8-3 lead and Stevenson advanced to third. Grayson Conkright homered to left field scoring Tripp, Stevenson and himself for an 11-3 lead. Gage Scott then tripled and scored on a wild pitch for a 12-3 lead. Braxton singled to left field. Layton Conkright grounded out to first, advancing Scott to second. Martens singled to right, advancing Scott to third. Martens stole second. Smith drew a walk. Brayden Carter singled to left, scoring Braxton Scott for a 13-3 lead. Stevenson was hit by a pitch to score Martens to up the lead 14-3 and advance the runners. Tripp singled to left field and Smith scored to make it 15-3. Grayson Conkright singled to center and Carter scored for a 16-3 advantage. Gage Scott singled to left field, scoring Stevenson for a 17-3 lead. Braxton Scott and Layton Conkright both struck out looking to end the half inning. Beardstown would plate seven runs to cut the lead down to 17-10 after four innings. The game reached its time limit, giving the Titans the 17-10 victory. Gage Scott went 3-4 and had two runs batted in. Grayson Conkright drove in four runs on two hits. Stevenson added three runs batted in. Tripp and Martens ended with two runs batted in each.
